Senior: As a student enrolled in the education curriculum K-12 at Belton Independent School District since 2016, I am very pleased and thankful for their dedication and devotion towards the enlightenment, development, and enrichment of every kid along side me. Belton’s implementation of academics and athletics made it entirely possible to develop mentally as well as physically. While the board tries to implement policies to appease the majority of parents and students it is important to exercise the same amount of patience with them as Belton’s educators have with us students. Schools in the Belton Independent School District have great community involvement and interaction, not just with Belton and its residents, but with surrounding areas and communities. Senior: Holland Independent is a small school in the center of a small town in Texas. The school focuses on the students' academic success and is goal oriented to getting us started on the path to a great future. We have an amazing athletic program and coaches who strive to have intelligent students on their field, court, and classrooms. Our hard working, high school councilor is dedicated in continue our education after high school. During this time of the Covid-19 virus, our facalty have done an amazing job at enforceing student to wear their masks at all time. Because of this we beleive that is the reason we have not had to shut down our school. The school also work closely with other nearby scools in regards to special needs students. Other: I have served as an architect for Temple ISD for about a decade now. I have been fortunate to guide the district through several successful bond elections resulting in many facility improvement projects and the construction of a few new facilities including their new administration building. In my opinion, Temple ISD sets the bar very high in many different areas. First and foremost, their focus on the quality of their education remains their highest priority. This is evident in the success rate and engagement of their students and the drive to prepare the students to be career ready. Their facilities are ever evolving to ensure that they provide the best learning environments possible so that all students have equal learning opportunities. In addition, successful bonds would not be possible without the support of their community. The district has gained the trust of their community by being great stewards of the money provided to them. Senior: I love the teachers there, they are not only teachers, but friends. They love it when you make a good grade on a test and succeed!
