Senior: I've been attending school at Ridgway since Kindergarten and I absolutely love it. Being a small school a strong, tight-knit (but welcoming) community. I never feel pressured to dress or act a certain way and that's because the kids here encourage you to come as you are.

What we lack in diversity, we make up for with a general acceptance of people from all walks of life. I can only hope that our school -- and community -- will diversify a bit more in the coming years.

If you need help, there will always be a teacher who is willing to meet up with you on their own time. Forming personal bonds with those around you provides you with an education in more than just the classes you take.

I have loved my time here at RES, RMS, and RHS and I'm sad to be leaving the district this year. However, I know that I'll be leaving with a strong network people who have supported me and will continue to do so no matter what I decide to do with the rest of my life.
