Senior: There are many things I have loved about going to school at Edwardsville High School. The staff have always been very kind towards all of their students, including me. They go out of their way to make all students of EHS feel welcome. The school also includes many clubs, some of which I have joined. The clubs, including Interact Club, have given me a love for volunteering. I have made many new friends at EHS and will always cherish all of my memories I have with them. From going to the school dances, to the football games, I always manage to have fun! Senior: EAWR High-School was a good high school to attend. My teachers have been overall encouraging and have helped me overcome any struggles I had through out the class. They were always motivating me to do better and without them I wouldn't have obtained my 3.8 GPA.My guidance counselors have been super helpful in helping me figure out my plans for my future. I have decided to attend a community college for 2 years than transfer to a university to pursue my career in engineering. My classmates were always kind and fun to be around. It's a school full of school spirit. My school always came to the football games and track meets to watch my team and I play as I cheered and ran. My classmates are also very understanding and respectful of my religion, and some who share my beliefs, go to my youth group that I attend every Wednesday. Senior: There are many good aspects about Roxana Senior High School. The school environment is overall very safe and welcoming to students and staff. The staff and teachers are very inclusive with all students and try their very best to make sure no students feel discriminated against or unsafe in any way. There are many public resources and helping hands for students who may be in need. One of the great things Roxana provides is free lunch and breakfast for students throughout the year. There are also very many different clubs for students to join including a LGBTQ-friendly group, FCA group, art club, and more. One of the teachers has also started building an indoor and outdoor garden where students can help out with growing plants, fruits, and vegetables.
