- Jennings County School Corporation, IN
- Rating 3.63 out of 5 174 reviews
Sophomore: Jennings County Highschool is overall a great school! Everyone is so friendly and there are plenty of options of things to get involved in. We have clubs like Key Club, where we do things such as help out around the Community. We have several sports, clubs, and things such as choir and band. The teachers at my school are amazing, they do everything they can to help us to have fun while learning. There are so many oppurtunities for every kid at Jennings County Highschool. A couple of things that I would like to see different is the cleanliness of the school and definitely the school lunches. Lets just say that my school isn't always the cleanest, and doesn't always have the best lunches.

Austin High School

- Rating 3.88 out of 5 41 reviews
Senior: I have spent all four of my years in high school at Austin and there have been many ups and downs but in the end I love my school. Austin is small but the faculty works with the students to try and give as many opportunities for different classes and clubs as possible. The faculty also does everything they can to make sure the students know that they are here for them and they always push us to be the best versions of ourselves. Our school offers many different pathways and has opportunities for any student who is willing to take them, whether it be workforce related programs or college preparation and dual credit courses. Our administration works to support and show pride in all aspects of our school and loves to praise and reward our students and programs. The Austin school system has helped me in many ways and it has set me on a path for success in the future.

Madison Consolidated High School
- Madison Consolidated Schools, IN
- Rating 3.54 out of 5 173 reviews
Senior: I have attended Madison Consolidated to take a couple classes for the past four years. In my experience, the teachers have all been fantastic in delivering a good education and giving good attention to the personal needs of each student. Madison offers a strong lineup of AP classes, such as AP Chemistry, Literature, Calculus AB and BC, French, and more. Unfortunately they do not provide IB as well, but it is a fair trade for the AP selection. The school facilities do feel outdated, but they have recently been investing in more modern upgrades, such as a brand new student commons. As far as academics go, I would absolutely attend Madison again.

Southwestern Middle/Senior High School
- Southwestern-Jefferson County Schools, IN
- Rating 3.63 out of 5 56 reviews
Senior: Going to school has always been a pleasure. Being in the classroom feels like being home to me, but the problem is just that--I was too comfortable. I never felt challenged enough or encouraged to go above and beyond. Teachers, even in the more advanced classes, often slow the lecture pace as if they think the other students and I are incapable. The extracurricular activities I am in are no different: They are relaxed and void of a competitive spirit. Nevertheless, I must admit that the staff members when outside the classroom are a wonderful community of passionate people. They are truly down-to-earth and engaging conversationalists with hobbies and interests beyond academics. Most of all, they are kind, sincere, and loyal to their students and school. Although I do not feel totally academically enriched, I know that this school is thoughtful with respect to its students.
