Senior: I will be a senior at Zionsville Community High School this fall. From the moment I stepped in the building as a freshman, I felt welcomed. The teachers and staff did a great job in middle school of preparing us for the challenges of high school and the teachers and staff at the high school continued great support for my first three years. Sports and music programs are always a sight to see as the students often go out to support their teams. The School is a decent size, but it seems almost everyone knows of everyone else making that atmosphere very inviting. I can't wait to enjoy my final year as an Eagle!

Middle School Student: The teachers were decent but some of the kinds could be mean. There is too much pressure for such young kids at this school. This prepares them to be academically successful in high school but may not be worth it.

Sheridan High School
- Sheridan Community Schools, IN
- Rating 3.58 out of 5 59 reviews
Senior: Sheridan High School is great for teenagers. It's a great small town where all classes are reachable with plenty of time to spare during passing periods. All the teachers are great with the switch from in-person to online and everything has been great. Social distancing is in all classes, including the cafeteria. Everyone wears their masks and contact tracing is super easy. There aren't many clubs but it is quite expected for such a small school. We do have a wide variety of students and it's very diverse. Sheridan has a great athletic department and many students thrive in it. I am in the music program and it is very loving and family like no matter if you are in band or choir.

Alum: I enjoyed the small community feel of my former school. I graduated with a class of about 80 students, and we were all really close. I went to school there K-12, and our teachers were amazing up until the last year of my high school career. Our principal ended up retiring and then a lot of new people came in. Older teachers then started leaving because they did not like working under those who took over in the office. A lot changed, and I felt like you could not trust anyone anymore. Everything was a big secret for some reason, and I hated that. We were all a big family, everyone knew everything about each other. With that being said, no one was judging anyone until the new staff came in. Now I would not take my kid's there. It isn't the same, and there is not much opportunity.
