Harnett Central High School
Junior: When rating my experience, I am mostly focusing on the school and its faculty rather than the students. The classes offered are quite good and the teachers put effort into making sure each student is cared for and learning. I do wish that there were more AP classes available. The school offers dual-enrollment to Juniors and Seniors at the local Community College for free. The electives offered are enriching. From ETC classes such as electronics, auto, and construction to JROTC, there are many options. There are many after-school clubs such as DECA and Key Club. There are school sports such as soccer, football, swimming, and tennis. The diversity is quite average. The school does have safety measures in place, and in times of possible threats, increase the measures taken. For the area the school is in, it is a good school. It is not the best there is, but the staff makes their best effort to make the experience a better one.
