Junior: The teachers at Wissahickon are truly wonderful, and most that I've worked with truly care about my well-being and success. The curriculum is rigorous and relevant, and teachers are generally willing to work with students when they have concerns or questions. Clubs and sports are widely available to students as well as opportunities to further oneself with other extracurricular activities. The administration goes to great lengths to encourage important student traits and values like kindness, acceptance, and persistence...Read 257 Reviews

Senior: Overall, I've had a very good experience at Plymouth Whitemarsh. The course selection is amazing, as well as many of the professors that teach them. The cafeteria is beautiful, a new gym has just been put in, and the numbers of clubs/activities to join is through the roof! However, my school could do a better job at helping kids that are a little less privileged than others. I have had some trouble handing in assignments due to not having a printer and at certain times not having internet access at all, and have received bad grades due to lateness despite explanations I gave about my situation. The AVID program I'm a part of is a great way for students to get help, but informing all teachers of individual people who need an extra helping hand would go a long way. Several teachers have helped me though, even going as far as to purchase me another book-bag when mine was falling apart. This shows, though is has imperfections, PW is a great school for any student's secondary education...Read 359 Reviews

Parent: We LOVE St. Peter's. Our children started in kindergarten and are now in the Upper School. The curriculum is challenging but engaging, the faculty is engaged and so positive, the administration is responsive and not only willing to have conversations about any problems with the school, but proactive in finding solutions. The families are now really so many of our best friends and our kids are being prepared for an ever changing world. It's definitely a small school, but we feel that gives our kids such confidence as they get in the upper grades - they are the big kids, looked up to by the younger ones, sort of avoiding all the unnecessary pressures of a typical "middle school" at a time when they are so vulnerable emotionally. If we could go back in time we would send them here all over again!...Read 8 Reviews

Parent: Our daughter transferred into Nazareth and it was the best decision we made. The teachers and academics challenged her to be better prepared for high school and the confidence she built within herself has been priceless as she has now graduated college and started her first job. She continues to be supported by the NAGS community and returns each year to sponsor a scholarship for kids, like herself, who built believed in themselves as a result of their involvement in the arts at Nazareth!...Read 43 Reviews

Parent: Our family has been blessed with a Dock Mennonite Academy education thus far for 2 of our 4 children! Our Middle School experience with smaller class/grade sizes, an academically challenging curriculum, as well as being welcomed into a loving and supportive community has helped our children and family as a whole! Incorporating a faith-based education into our lives has encouraged our children to develop a greater appreciation for different beliefs/religions as well as strengthening their own spiritual awareness. The friendships that have been made between families raising their children with the same values has made the middle school years much easier and with an incredible amount of support!...Read 140 Reviews
