Senior: I have attended Hammond Central School since Kindergarten. Since Kindergarten, I'v grown up with a core group of friends and we feel like we've known each other forever..and we kinda have! We are close and that is a great thing. I have been very lucky in having some of the best teachers any student could ask for. They are all very supportive and hands-on. We are a super small school, with approximately 260 kids. Because we are small, the teachers are able to connect more one-on-one time with us and it really helps. I wish there were a few more challenging courses and a few more choices for sports, but being a small school, there are those few disadvantages. otherwise, this being my senior year, I have a lot of pride in my little school and how we all look after each other. Hammond Pride is real!
