Senior: ASMSA is a school for students who want to not only get a head start on their college education but also to find what they want to do once they finally get to college. ASMSA has an amazing staff that helps you find the right courses to take and guides you to graduation. While some of the facilities are repurposed and renovated from an old hospital, they are surprisingly clean! Unlike other high schools, ASMSA strives to create a less competitive and more collaborative environment for its students through a lack of school rankings and more collaborative assignments. While ASMSA might not be for everyone, it is definitely a welcoming place and I am excited to go back this coming school year.... Read 71 reviews

Senior: My education at Haas Hall has been integral to my development into a college-ready young woman; I will value forever the connections I have made and counsel I have received from peers and teachers throughout my high school years. The school's curriculum is challenging, though scarcely overwhelming. I do, however, feel that my experience was somewhat hindered by the relative inconsistency of its offering of AP courses, particularly those in the realm of the arts and humanities. I had, for example, planned to take French III and AP French Language and Culture in my sophomore year, having completed French I and II the year prior. The courses were, however, removed from the school's master schedule until my senior year, forcing me to take a hiatus from my foreign languages education, during which my skills in French languished. Senior: I started the school in 7th grade, and have since furthered my experience and is halfway through my senior year. Overall, the school is great for specific people that enjoy academic success and hard work. The workload is intense but the teacher support and familiarity is a rarity at other schools. Smaller class sizes make it harder to maintain friends and specific cliques are hard to navigate. Pro tip, find semi-regular people. I have found genuine friends at this school, and I truly do love it through all the frustrations and anger it has given me. I am excited to be over it, but academically I do feel prepared for college. I know how to write an essay and answer test questions and study well, which is crucial for success when you live independently in college. Again, this school is for a niche group of people, but if one enjoys a steady workload and a solid community all focused on succeeding, it can boost ones morale and teach them team-working and adult skills.... Junior: Haas Hall Academy was even better than I expected it to be! It's located in historic Downtown Rogers and is the perfect place to prepare for college. The classes are both challenging and fun, and the entire Haas community is amazing. I have gone there for nearly four years and I'm still just as in love with the campus, the teachers, and the education as I was when I first started. It is such a picturesque school with so much character and history. The teachers are all so hardworking and focused on helping the scholars receive an excellent education. Senior: I definitely think that Bentonville High School is an amazing school. There are so many incredible opportunities for students, including participation in the Ignite program, Capstone Diploma program, International Baccalaureate, and dual enrollment with North West Arkansas Community College. My only complaint is that as a sophomore-year transfer, I was not given information on these opportunities and had no idea what they were until it was too late to participate. This is a minor setback compared to the ample opportunities I did receive. There is a class for everyone here, including agriculture classes, computer science classes, and tons of art classes. The food is amazing, with choices between nachos, sandwiches, pizza, chicken nuggets, and a grab-and-go cooler with various drinks and snacks! Did I mention there is an ice cream freezer? Senior: Choosing New Tech as my high school was the best decision I've ever made as it has taught me lessons not only related to class but about life as well. Lessons that will take me farther beyond any math or English class could. New Tech taught me how to pursue life beyond high school. Not only was it highly advanced but highly abundant in the amount of opportunities given to those just attending. I've earned several certifications and attended college classes during my final highschool years at a discounted price. Nothing else I've mentioned could top the "teachers" or facilitators as we call them as we the students lead our work and are only guided by our facilitators. They make the classes what they are and it is something truly amazing. It is really mind blowing how someone could make a history class actually fun! Freshman: I absolutely LOVED Fulbright!!! It was the best school I had ever been to. I am Indian and in my previous schools, I was almost always the only Indian in the school. At Fulbright, there are TONS of Indians, making it an extremely competitive environment (which I love). I was a member of Mathcounts and Robotics and the MathCounts team has sent 2 kids to Nationals and the Robotics team sent 4 teams to the World Championship, of which 2 of the teams were among the top 50 teams in the world (there are about 4000 teams around the world). I had the honor of being part of one of those teams and it was amazing. Fulbright has increased my scores in all subjects and I would HIGHLY recommend going to Fulbright, especially if you like a competitive environment.... Read 4 reviews

Junior: Quality High School and one of the larger ones in Arkansas, lots of money in the district from the Waltons, building was built within the last ten years, and additions are currently being made. Freshman: All of the people I've met at any of the Haas campuses have been extremely kind and welcoming. This will be my second year attending Haas Hall and I'm looking forward to joining a few of the many clubs this school has to offer, which include but are not limited to Quiz Bowl, Beta Club, Film Club, Community Service Club, a bowling team, and a club created to help young writers nurture their skills and improve. We have a mental health checkup every Wednesday in which we are asked whether or not we'd wish to schedule an appointment with our guidance counselor and have a very college focused environment, where we are notified of chances for scholarships and given opportunities to earn community service hours. The only thing I would think to change about this school is the stress we are put under to do well while being taught advanced curriculum.
