Junior: Middle College High School provides a safe environment, allowing students to cater to their own specific career paths, while simultaneously knocking out A-G requirements necessary for graduation. Speaking of career path, students must fill out, and update a thing called "career paths," in which grade administered counselors must carefully consider and acknowledge. One by one, the counselors help each and every student carve a way to their desired career by recommending them courses to take. Important to note, MCHS is a dual enrollment school. Students are expected to take college courses (renewing each season) to either gain college credits, or accelerate A-G requirements, allowing students to graduate early or acquire an AA in high school. Apart from that, MCHS is a small school, which allows students the advantage of personal connection to staff and 1/1 time with teachers to make sure all needs are being met.
