Junior: I have been to my school for 11 years now, and planning on spending my senior year staying at this school too. Overtime, I have watched as the school has changed and improved for the better. My teachers truly care about my education, and are passionate about what they teach, which makes for an overall engaging and educational class. The skills I learn at this school, such as time management and critical thinking, are not only applicable for the school itself, but for my outside life involving extracurriculars and for my future in college and in careers. Sometimes the school can push too hard, which is why there are so few students in my grade and in the higher grades as a whole, but overall I think its for the better. Junior: Richland Collegiate High School is an excellent school for students who are dedicated to getting ahead in their studies. With the completion of this program, one will receive their high school diploma and associates degree. It has been an eye opening experience on the reality of every aspect of college regarding classes, grading, time management discipline, and career preparation. Staff and administration really want the best for their students in order for them to succeed regarding resources, communication, and overall support. It is fairly easy to make friends as we are all here for one main goal and we support each other on that aspect. Middle School Student: I loved Nelson a lot because it was a place that made me feel like I was at home! It was a very kind environment to be in, everyone was really kind and always supported one another. One thing that I would change about Nelson is probably the school color! It sounds funny, but green just got too boring along these long 3 years. Our lockers, our gym, and even the tiles in the bathroom were green. I would of loved to have more color at this school! Alum: My overall experience at PESH was good but some things definitely need to change. Multiple girl’s bathrooms went weeks without soap, water, or paper towels available. Also, the state of the pond’s perimeter. The waste left by the pond’s geese and ducks as atrocious. It’s understandable that they poop, but it should be cleaned more often so future students don’t step in it. Other than these things, my personal experience was fun! Parent: The worst thing in this school is about communication in the front desk with parent. They never have the information about eagle academy of the students. It takes Long time to get this information. This school need more communication parent with teachers. Tutoring are helpful for students. The students need more motivation from teachers. Some substitute teachers are not very confident with their assignations. Some students need to be more rispectful with other students and teachers. The behavior of some students it looks like the behavior of a little boy. Most of the teachers are doing a very good job. Junior: I really enjoyed my presence in this school. The staff guide me to chase my dreams and desires. They showed me how hard work is valuable and it all payed off here and I couldn’t do it without there encouraging shouts. Parent: We have been choosing to send our children ILTexas Lancaster campus for three years. We really like it. Our children at the K8 campus are currently in 6th,3rd and 1st grades. We like that all of our children are experiencing a trilingual education. One of our children is a special needs child, and she is always able to be included with her peers ( That has been a problem for us before).
