Junior: Kamiak High School is one of the better high schools in the Mukilteo School District, from what I've heard. The school does a good job of helping students feel accepted in their learning environment, and is a very - not incredibly, but still very - diverse place where students of many different backgrounds come together to learn from the large selection of courses made available for us to take. There is a decent amount of clubs, but there is definitely a need to expand that selection since most of the clubs don't seem to fit some students. I personally feel like they should do way more to help students prepare for college; I am nearly done with Junior year, and yet I had to figure out all this scholarship stuff and college research all on my own (with quite a bit of help from the Kamiak CCRC website). While we may have the High School and Beyond, which I honestly think is completely useless, we only work on it once or twice a year, before being left in the dark for months...Read 487 Reviews

Junior: The school is fantastic, the teachers are very well prepared and make the classes in the best way they can! It is amazing how much I’ve been learning since I arrived here, I would choose any place else to study. But unfortunately the dorms are not the best, the structure is awesome but the staff is unprepared and sometimes don’t know how to deal with problems, don’t having a good communication with the students, but besides that is a good place...Read 85 Reviews

Senior: What I like about Cascade High School is the diversity and positive mindset that is set as a school campus. There sport's program is very competitive while also being in a very intense league against other schools. What I wish can change at Cascade is the equipment and a renovation since the school is old and does not get enough funding. Overall it is a very good school that welcomes others with open arms!...Read 326 Reviews

Senior: I love Mariner high school becuase it provides bountiful opportunities for students to be involved academically and in extracurricular activities. For example, they provide academic programs such as the veterinary program, teaching program, dual enrollment, AP courses, and honors courses. In addition to academics, they offer a variety of extracurricular activities such as sports, about 100 different clubs, and even after school study hours. However, one thing that I would change would be to make school pep rallies last longer and to provide more school spirit opportunities in order to motivate students to be more involved and motivated in school...Read 304 Reviews

Niche User: This school was my savior. Before coming here I was completely lost, and behind in school. The teachers and environment helped me stay focused through everything. I accomplished all my goals there, and made great relationships with staff. They helped me push through even when I wanted to give up and also encouraged me the whole way through. Their system works amazing and although it’s an alternative high school, you will only find students that are serious about their education. Sequoia is a wonderful school that cares about their students and wellbeing’s. I couldn’t imagine going back to any other school after that. I am class of 2020 and I loved sequoia high school...Read 23 Reviews

Alum: Attending Aces High School gave me the opportunity to learn at a pace more befitting to me that took into account my responsibilities and how I learn. Alum: As a child of international parents moved from school to school, I found Oneness-Family School to be a warm, caring community, where I could explore my passions and interests, engage with my peers on creative projects, learn at my own pace, and enjoy a range of activities, including art, music, yoga, camping, and especially musical theater!...At Oneness-Family School, social and emotional learning is taught alongside a challenging academic curriculum. Parent: Oakcrest has been a wonderful place for my daughter to learn and grow. Since she arrived in 8th grade, she has grown and blossomed into a more Godly, confident and well-learned young lady. Oakcrest is a rarity in this area: an academically rigorous school that also puts a premium on Godly character development. Plus, Oakcrest truly looks to partner with parents in the education of their daughters, and has many events planned to grow and strengthen parents and families throughout the year - a win/win for all of us! The teachers and support staff are amazing, as is the new campus. Everyone connected with this school from top to bottom is amazing! If you are seeking a challenging academic environment for your daughter, where she can make life-long friends, grow in her faith, and have her character formed for THE BETTER - Oakcrest is your place. Our family is forever blessed because of this school!...Read 128 Reviews
