Idea College Prep Weslaco
Senior: In 6th grade I attended IDEA Weslaco College Prep, a charter school with kindergarten to senior year, that on my first day I felt I was in a completely different learning environment than my other middle school. A big change in experience from IDEA Weslaco College Prep than my last middle school is a college readiness class. In this college readiness class we did not go into everything about colleges, personal statements, etc as it was saved for highschool, however,we did read very much to prepare us for our current classes and future classes.
In my highschool years at IDEA Weslaco College Prep, we were required to take some AP classes and had a college readiness class called Road to and through college(RTTC) that went into personal statements, resumes, and what colleges looked for. My highschool experience at IDEA Weslaco College Prep was very educational as you learn more than what other public schools near me provide.I like my school because of RTTC and see it perfect
