Parent: City Day has had a transformative impact on our son. He disliked school before we enrolled him at City Day. Within days of starting there (as a fourth-grader), his confidence and mood improved exponentially. The teachers are demanding, and also smart, caring and attentive. The program mixes traditional academics with innovative tech/design experiences and numerous field trips. The campus is a delight. Parent: My daughter began attending St. Bernadette School in the 7th Grade following our move to Northern Virginia. We couldn't be more pleased with her experience. The teachers, staff, student and parents are dedicated, kind, and caring. They helped her transition to a rigorous Catholic education, including first-time instruction in religion, grammar, cursive, and Spanish. Parent: My family has been part of the Montessori Academy of Chicago for 10 years now. All three of our children began their Montessori journey at MAC in the Infant program, and celebrated many important milestones: from first steps to birthdays to starting to read -- and the special moments in between. The incredible talent of the MAC teachers and administration, and the safe, supportive environment of the school has guided our children personally and academically, and been an absolute cornerstone of our family. MAC has strong community relations, opening up opportunities for field trips, community involvement, and extracurriculars.
