Fox Middle School
#2 Best Public Middle Schools in Jefferson County
- Fox C-VI School District, MO
Middle School Student: Fox Middle School is the best school I have ever been too. It's not very diverse if that is what you are looking for, and unfortunately, some students are cruel and vulgar with their speech. There is absolutely no continuous bullying, and if you or your child is having a problem, the staff and other students are very supportive and ready to help. They understand student's differences and make sure each child is learning in the way best for them. There are many clubs and activities to be involved with that make students feel accepted. The only downside to the entire school is that some students (mainly boys) are not as accepting as needed. There is definitely no physical bullying happening, however. The worst to happen is a few mean words thrown at a student, but nothing major. As always, the staff will help you with anything you're going through, school related or not! :)

Nerinx Hall High School
- Private School
- St. Louis , MO
Alum: Nerinx is a wonderful, faithful, diverse, accepting, supportive place to for young women to grow through adolescence to adulthood. The school has high standards and expectations for all students. The faculty is passionate, caring and dedicated to the success of their students all the while fostering a safe and strong learning environment. The curriculum is challenging and as an alumna, I was more than ready academically for the rigors of college. I also feel it gave me the strong foundation to pursue post baccalaureate study. Students are passionate about their school, loving the unique Nerinx school atmosphere. The young women are empowered critical thinkers and are definitely are dedicated to servant leadership . I am so thankful for my years at Nerinx. They helped form me into the woman I am today.

Crystal City Elementary School
#8 Best Public Middle Schools in Jefferson County
- Crystal City School District, MO
Parent: We have two children in Crystal City Elementry and have nothing but amazing things to say about this school. Our children get amazing attention, it has the perks of a small town school and academically our kids are excelling. But above all the teachers CARE. When my twins had RSV my daughters Kindergarten teacher took her to my Grandmothers house after school for me because we were in the hospital and unable to pick her up. She messaged me and offered. That kind of thing does not happen in large schools!
We absolutely LOVE Crystal City!
