Alum: When I was a student at San Elizario High School one thing I appreciated was the wholesome of the community and the welcoming environment. The teachers served as resources when we needed help and were willing to go out of their way to make sure we understood the material.
One thing I would love to see are improvements in the facilities and the courses offered to broaden students interest.

Senior: My experience as a high school student was amazing. I was able to communicate with not only my fellow classmates but as well as with teachers and staff in order to get the best of high school. I have officially graduated from here this year, 2020 and I it was hard going from class to online school but the teachers did the best they could to help us keep track! I am very glad to have attended this high school and it is just an amazing environment full of wonderful people! Fabens High School is one of the best high school here in El Paso, Texas.

Senior: Tornillo High School isn't the most luxurious school in El Paso, Texas but I can reassure you that once you visit our school it will stay in your heart forever. Our school consists of about a maximum of 250 students, which is immensely small for a high school. Although our school is small there are many positive outcomes for example the teachers actually care about their students. In other large schools, many of the teachers never actually learn their students names and they don't even take the extra time and effort to assist the students. But here in Tornillo High School it is the complete opposite, I have personally been helped out of a teacher's work time and feel absolutely lucky for our staff. There is not a single teacher here in our district that will ever deny a student who asks for assistance. I'm honored of representing our high school to Niche and hope you realize how amazing Tornillo High School actually is. Remember not to judge a book by its cover!
