Senior: When I transferred to Industrial High School my junior year, I liked the small yet comfortable campus and the teaching staff. They offered any help that they could provide at all times and taught content that is useful for the future. One thing that I would change is the workout plans of the girls athletics program. The coaches push athletes to their limits and there have been many injuries, including myself, from the rigorous exercises. At the beginning of the year, we did exercises on the track such as bear crawls and crab walks that caused many girls to get blisters. When we told the coaches, they lectured us about being weak and immature. The blisters on my hands from heat and the rough track ranged from the size of dimes to fifty cent pieces. Also, my knee gave out from the exercises we did at the beginning of the year and eventually forced me to quit softball my senior year and leave athletics. The academics are spot on, but the girls athletic department needs changes.

Senior: A very small high school, which is great for student-teacher communication. You are also able to know all those inside the walls of the building and build great relationships that will last a lifetime. However, student drama is a major factor since it is such a small school. It seems like almost everyone knows your personal life better than you yourself do. The academics are great here though. If you ever have a question on a homework problem, you can always count on a teacher to be there to explain the entire problem to you in a way you can understand it.

Parent: I loved high school here in Edna. Everyone knew everyone, Friday nights were all about the football games and the band, it was great to have the support of the community. Now as a parent I am blessed that I am able to have my daughters also obtain their education here.
