Lindale High School
#263 Best Public High Schools in Texas
- Lindale Independent School District, TX
- 165 reviews
Senior: Lindale High School, while traditionally thought of as a wasteland due to it existing in the middle of barren Texas country, offers much potential for both students and faculty when it comes to education, sports, culture, and preparation for the real world. When it comes to academics, Lindale offers myriad rigid AP, Pre-AP, and Honors courses for students of each grade in order to get students engaged in the processes that they would experience in the college setting. Similarly, the culture of athletics is one that is uniquely Texan. Finally, the resources provided to us students when it comes to college preparation and careers in the trades are unmatched, as Lindale High School offers numerous classes for test preparation, study skills, and technical classes for the development of both our educational perspectives and career opportunities. Ultimately, Lindale High School offers the perfect environment for fostering innovation, progress, and opportunity for its students.

Harmony High School
#457 Best Public High Schools in Texas
- Harmony Independent School District, TX
- 68 reviews
Senior: Harmony is a small, tight-knit school that feels like family. There are not a ton of students, which makes is very easy to get personal help from teachers. The athletic program is very good as well; however, I feel as though the school puts too much funding into this program. The computer classes are absolute garbage. There are almost zero clubs for students to participate in. The English courses at this school are phenomenal. We recently got a new Algebra/Pre-Cal teacher and she is amazing. Best math teacher I have ever had.

Senior: I've attending Winnsboro High School since I was very young. I started from elementary and now almost finishing high school. I've experienced a lot of new things while I've been here. From being able to be in extra curricular activities to getting opportunities to take dual credit college classes. Winnsboro High School has great safety and the staff always make sure your doing good! I would not change anything about Winnsboro High School. It's a wonderful school with wonderful people.

Hawkins High School
#907 Best Public High Schools in Texas
- Hawkins Independent School District, TX
- 20 reviews
Sophomore: What I liked about Hawkins high school was the unity of the school. I liked that you learn things not many other schools provide. The students also seem to get along with eachother and come together. Another this I enjoyed about being in Hawkins was that there is many programs you can get involved in there is a variety or clubs to get into and sports. One thing I would like to see change would be the school spirit not much of the school has spirit and another thing would also be the food.

Alum: The school as a whole was very good at accomplishing their goals. Getting their students to college was and is important to them. Seeing as they got almost my entire class to college, I think that they accomplished that goal.
