Parkers Chapel High School

Junior: Parkers Chapel, a place of opportunity and a truly great community. I have been at Parkers Chapel since Pre-School and it is the greatest community I have ever experienced. Being a small school the students and staff are closer together and the community has a strong bond that you cannot find in another school. The staff itself will go out of their way to ensure your success, the students will have a closer bond with you from being a smaller school and strive to all come together to accomplish something. The parents are strongly connected with the school by participating in after school events and donating to an activity. Parkers Chapel is a very close bonded school which everyone comes together as a community and I strongly recommend Parkers Chapel to any family looking for their child's new school.

Senior: El Dorado High has a great new building. State of the art facility. Teachers and Guidance staff are supportive and helpful. Teach for America teachers were some of my favorites, because they were recent college graduates and we're enthusiastic about what they were doing. We have an absolutely amazing opportunity in our town with the El Dorado Promise Scholarship. It's available to all graduates of the El Dorado School High School with at least the last four years in El Dorado. Can't think of a better win win situation!

For anyone in the area. There is plenty of challenge to turn young people into adults, and also inspiring to pursue further education. Smackover is also deeply invested in STEM which is the future of jobs.

High School Sophomore: Me personally I love the school I append. Junction City High School just makes me feel at home. The teachers are very kind and are very big on getting you your education. Yes, there are times where we might take a day or two out of a month and just give our brain a rest, but that's what's so good about it. Overall great school!

Strong High School

Alum: My experience at Strong High School was very warming and comforting. Growing up in the Strong, Arkansas community helped me through High School quite a bit considering the size of the town which brought everyone closer and knowing one another throughout our childhood up to adulthood. I had some teachers and principals that taught my parents and other family members. Going to school in Strong was like learning and growing with family, even teachers that were new or old showed so much interest in us students, from helping us strive academically, to preparing us for the adult world. The staff and faculty were very welcoming and always went above and beyond. There was never a time that I had a problem or if it was even just to talk because I had a lot going on one day that I couldn't turn to a teacher or even coach to get the problem solved or just have a open ear. Strong High School is a very safe, open, and strenuous establishment.
