Alum: I would like to see the school find a way to get students more involved in community activities. I also believe the school should better prepare students for life outside of high school. Not necessarily college, but students should be required to take a course that teaches budgeting, how to create a resume, how to apply and prepare for job interviews, how to pay bills, teach them how to understand insurance and policies, things they will need regardless of what they decide to do after graduation.

Senior: I think teachers are sometimes unprofessional. It is very difficult ti be professional when we live in such a small community. I think it is something that could be worked on. We have a lot of resources to help us out with just about everything. There are programs for after school help, for kids who need food over breaks, and for kids that are interested in other thing besides sports. Teachers can sometimes have favorites. Because we are so small a lot of students and parents are related. I think that is a good thing and a bag thing. Some kids are given more than others or just better treatment in general.

High School Senior: This school is put together of 7 surrounding communities, and that's pretty cool to me. Yes, we may scrounge for funding, and yes we may be small, but we are significant, and we CAN make a difference. I have had the chance to know literally everyone in my high school and can proudly say I probably would not have had that opportunity living in a big city. I have made friend that I will never forget and memories that will never fade. But its time to move on with my life in a new place with new people.

Alum: Great academic and extracurricular activity opportunities. Participating is easy in music, plays, sports, and clubs. I personally was involved in most activities to some capacity and was treated well within the school and community and achieved success at state and national levels in some activities. This was even with multi-colored hair and dressing goth while in high school. It is a school you can make the most of your opportunities with if you allow yourself to and don't get boggled down with drama within a small community.
