Dexter High School
#164 Best Public High Schools in Missouri
- Dexter R-XI School District, MO
- 33 reviews
Alum: Teachers were excellent. They offer a lot of options for college prep. Dexter (school district and some parents) puts a lot of weight on sports, but participation has decreased. Dexter has great coaches for the most part - football, wrestling, baseball, track and tennis.
Administration at the high school is okay, but it seems they look to get kids in trouble and punish them hard instead of helping.

Bloomfield High School
- Bloomfield R-XIV School District, MO

Senior: In Bloomfield High School, it is a small enough school where you feel connected to your teachers and classmates, but big enough that you have plenty of opportunities to succeed. If I could change one thing, I would try to push for real world preparation.

Puxico High School
- Puxico R-VIII School District, MO
- 20 reviews
Senior: I moved to puxico high school my sophomore year and I found it to be wonderful. Everything was handled professionally and fairly by teachers and administrators. In every class I could tell that my teachers wanted to be there and genuinely cared for their students. And finally at all events people were well behaved and followed rules because they knew the standards the school expected

Twin Rivers High School
- Twin Rivers R-X School District, MO
- 12 reviews
Senior: I really love going to a school like Twin Rivers. We are very big in our clubs and sports even though we aren't a big school. We run for state/national office for out clubs and we have won state almost all four years of my high school career. If there was one thing that I would change about my school is that I wish they focused more on academics.
