Alum: My experience was good overall. Some teachers weren’t the best in their teachings or sometimes were not fair to other students, but it has a great facility and treated everyone pretty much the same.

Alum: I have often concerned myself about the impacts of coming from a small town and attending a public school. I now work in a profession that spans the spectrum of diversity from Ivy League graduates to severely socio-economically disadvantaged. I can tell you that growing up in Canton, MO and having the ability to tailor my education due to responsive programs and small class sizes, as well as participate in multiple sports and activities despite my lack of natural talent made me into a confident, well-rounded member of society. Canton R-V can take you as far as you want to go. If you are motivated, willing to bring creative ideas to the faculty, and work hard, Canton will provide you a quality education, both in and out of the classroom.

Alum: My experience at high school is the same as anyone else. You make memories and friends that you won't forget. My favorite was playing football and track and making memories and new friends or playing against old friends during games and meets. One thing I wished changed was that they made me more ready for college. My first year wasn't that great at college because I wasn't ready for all the studying I would have to do so it wasn't that great of a year. During high school I could just study the night before or even the day of the test except for a couple classes and still pass and get A's in my classes but that wasn't the same college. Some teachers told me how college would be but if you're not use to that much studying then it is hard to go from barely studying to having to study all of the time. I have learned what to do and what not to do after my first year so I am hoping that is goes better my second year but I just wished I was prepared more for when I started college.
