Alum: I enjoyed going to LP High School. There are lots of activities and
clubs to belong to. The teachers are good and I learned a lot. The teachers genuinely cared for the students. I loved playing basketball the most and made lasting friendships. I also played softball and we got to go on a spring trip to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I also played tennis and we had the best coaches.
I really enjoyed football season; such an exciting time for everyone. My tennis partner and I got to lead the team onto the field during one game, running ahead of the team with flags. The student section always had so much fun cheering on the team. Our school spirit was the best!

Senior: I like the size of my high school. It’s pretty small, so it s easy to get around and to get to your classes. Also, I like the automotive program they have at the community college. Some things I don’t like are the Authorities there. They aren’t very nice and they don’t really take care of issues when they need to be taken care of. I do like how our school combines with another school for sports to make the team bigger and better.
