Senior: I believe that High Tech High School is a great school where I can truly express myself while also feeling comfortable. High Tech offers unique academies to choose from such as the biomedical science, culinary arts, computer designing, Dfab, robotics, and my interest...performing arts. It's important for students to identify their skills and specialize in an area of interest in preparation for college where we must declare a major.
There is always be something different to experience and enjoy, especially in performing arts such as a musical, coffee house, dance showcase, volunteer work, etc. It's been enjoyable.
There are so many of different types of people from different backgrounds, cultures, and communities. It has allowed me to be more open-minded, adaptable and accepting of all people...which made me a better human being!
