Senior: Van Buren High School is accommodating for all students and ensures that each student has the best opportunities for their needs. They have many different types of paths to take for example traditional classroom learning, CCP courses, and Millstream. I have chosen the CCP path and it has helped me get a jump start on my college path. It does not cost the parents anything to take these classes and teachers are still willing to help any student struggling in their classes. The teachers are Van Buren are very knowledgeable and well experienced. They are able to help students when they are struggling and ensure that each student gets an equal apportunity.

Junior: What I love about FHS is the willingness of teachers, specifically the English department, to go above and beyond. As a freshmen, I struggled with English, my only non honors class. The English teachers really believed in me and would offer support and needed encouragement. As a Junior, my favorite teacher is still my freshmen English teacher, who I have to credit with my new love for English. There are many clubs available and I happen to participate in Key Club as the president, Quiz Bowl, and Environmental club. Regarding flaws, I do believe the food quality here could use some improvement. Students could possibly suggest some food options, within reason, that they like, to help reduce the food waste at our school. There is also a bullying issue, as many teachers don’t respond much or intervene if they hear rude comments made about other students. There are issues, but FHS is improving consistently and I am hopeful that they will be dramatically improved upon in the near future.

Arcadia High School

Junior: Arcadia has an extremely welcoming environment with excellent teachers. Like any high school, there are instigators, however, there are very few and they are always dealt with, it is a very safe environment for expressing yourself. The teachers are very experienced and are open to learning from the students while also teaching us, they admit they don’t know all and are flexible with how they teach if you speak up.

Riverdale High School
- Riverdale Local School District, OH
- 27 reviews
Senior: I like Riverdale. I have been attending there since I was in Kindgergarden and when I was in the tenth grade, I switched to homeschooling due to moving outside of school district. I personally did not like homeschooling one bit. Riverdale has had many complaints about the food. I personally do not prefer their food. Although, they have stepped it up some. I would recommend this High school to anyone! It has given me wonderful opportunities. Not only does the counciler helps out a lot but also prepares you for college.

Cory-Rawson High School
- Cory-Rawson Local School District, OH
- 25 reviews
Parent: We moved into the district with foster children and our bio children that were very behind on academics. We have been in district for three years and all of our children have excelled in studies. One thing we would like to see improve at Cory Rawson is more education on diversity and bullying, maybe even some trauma informed care for staff. There is nothing wrong with everyone being educated more on these issues. These issues are true and part of this world and real life.
