Senior: I have been a student at Natomas Charter School since 6th grade, and I am now about to graduate as a senior. My experience at this school has had its ups and downs, like most schools, but it was a bit different for me because the school is so small. I know just about everyone in my grade, and I have grown with many of them since 6th grade. Because of this, I have had many of the same friends since middle school, and many students I know, including myself, have fallen into a comfortable routine. I have felt discontent a number of times in middle school and the early years of high school because my school was a but different than others, as this school was focused on performing arts rather than sports. I was sometimes embarrassed by the fact that we had rallies for musicals instead of games, but as I got older I grew to love this fact and embrace how weird it was. Natomas Charter School has given me a unique yet comfortable experience throughout my 6 years of attendance.
