Parent: We have been BEYOND impressed with Lakeview Academy for our girls. Lakeview is not our first private school we have been a part of due to family moves, but Lakeview is by far our favorite. It not only has top notch academics for our daughters, but also manages to make every student feel like they are a part of a family. We love the community, the school and all the extracurriculars the school has to offer. We are so looking forward to having Lakeview prepare our girls for college from PreK3 all the way through their senior year. My son is very happy at Riverside with the knowledge that the structure is helping him with lifelong success and personal responsibility. I went to a boarding school in the 90’s and had a connotation that military school meant reform school. Boy was I wrong! Alum: I felt that Old Suwanee prepared me for the educational degree I chose to pursue in college. I made lifelong friends during my years spent here and maintained close relationships with my middle and high school teachers. Sports and participation in clubs are greatly encouraged, and I enjoyed the camaraderie with my fellow students and the personal growth I saw in my own life. While the teachers encourage a Spiritual priority, some of the student body is not nearly as concerned with living a life for the Lord as one could hope. However, this did provide me with the opportunity to be a leader for right and to practice standing for Christ. Senior: The school is very welcoming to new students like me . It has helped me prepare for college this upcoming year, the school also helps you navigate college and find a good career path that will suit you. Although the school is not Religion based , it is a very nice environment for those of all religions. The school is very helpful with college things such as dual enrollment, or sending transcripts and the teachers really care for their students and get to know them on a personal level. Although the school doesn’t have many sports they offer interims , giving kids a chance to play all of their favorite sports. The school is also very flexible when it comes to scheduling , especially for students that drive. Although I have no experienced the middle and elementary schools I have heard great things about it.
