Parent: Our daughter just completed her first year at Darlington. Her 3rd Grade experience was amazing! She loved the small class sizes and individual attention she received. She made many memories with special seasonal activities, educational outings, and cultural experiences. It's clearly apparent how deeply the faculty and staff care for the students. Darlington also offers The Learning Center, which is an invaluable resource when students need a little extra help. Even with a less than ideal Spring semester, due to the pandemic, Darlington continued to provide a superb education. The assignments were meaningful and the daily live digital interactions between students and teachers helped everyone stay connected. There were even opportunities to continue service, wellness, literacy, and leadership projects from home during distance learning. Parent: My two children have been at St. Mary's for a few years now and we can't imagine them attending anywhere else. My kids LOVE their school and always tell me they want to go to St. Mary's "FOREVER!" The school has so many special traditions and events that really build a spirit of community and belonging, even in a school as diverse as SMS. As a parent, I love knowing the teachers and staff so well and knowing that everyone truly works together to make the school successful and loving. I've always loved having opportunities to get involved (there are plenty of them) and getting to see my children thriving for myself. I love that the school's family atmosphere includes multiple levels of safety and security that ensures my kids are learning at the highest level of safety.
