Junior: I was a member of the high school program for Oaklawn for the 2019-20 school year up to when corona made us go back to our homes. Throughout my year at Oaklawn, I felt I grew more mature, responsible, and grew overall more as a man. The activities would get boring after a while though, as it was extremely repetitive. At first I did not want to go, but now that it is over I am happy I attended. It wasn't always happy and good, but those tough times were what helped in the growing and maturing process I spoke about earlier. I really wish I could've had the opportunity to finish off my year and get a chance to say goodbye to what I called home for 8 months. It indubitably changed me and impacted my life. It an experience that I will forever remember and wouldn't the same without it. The few problems that I had as a member of the high school program cane fixed easily, so I trust in the faculty and staff in improving the experience for generations to come... Read 1 review
