Senior: Some experiences are life changing and Marine Military Academy is among those. No matter who you are, change is inevitable and unavoidable creating results that literally propel you out into the world. Nothing is sluggish about MMA, nothing is disorganized or without intent. Nothing is accidental in the daily structure provided. I am no longer unmotivated academically, I now have goals and a certainty that there is always a path to achieving them. I believe in my own self worth. I understand the intricacies of team work and the chain reaction when a part of a team does not work. No longer am I dependent on others for critical spontaneous decision making. I have learned to trust in my own judgement and think on my feet. I have learned to lead as well as to follow. Senior: I really like the close and friendly community at SJA. I was able to easily make friends and the teachers are always there to help you. There i a good amount of clubs and organizations to choose from and you can even create your own! Religion is a big part of the community as we have mass each month and prayers every day. The food from for lunch comes from local restaurants or fast food so its generally good and the price is alright. IF the food form the school lunch is not your preference there is also another option to buy from from the school's cafe food. They sell different options available for all students. The school is also well guarded and has a good safe system/ There is cameras and guards placed around the school to check that everything is safe. The facility at SJA is well taken care of, has advanced technology and is very beautiful. They just remodeled our cafe area and it looks really nice. Alum: Juan Diego Academy is the school for those wondering what they want to do with their life, it supplies ways to express their creative outlets and talents. Not only was JDA an excellent school but it also provided me with a lot of knowledge about how life will be once I enter the real world. One of the most helpful classes for me, was religion, it helped me gain a new outlook on life and I highly recommend their counselor, Veronica Rodriguez. Senior: Ever since I was a child I have been at First Baptist School from kinder all the way to twelfth grade. All these years I have learned that the faculty and teachers are very united and will treat you like family.
