Alum: I loved how we still had lockers so we didn't have to carry everything and if someone had something they shouldn't the locker searches found it. I loved starting at 7:30am and getting out early enough to do your homework, an after school activity, chores and still have time with your friends. Much better quality of life than sleeping late. I graduated high school in 2009. Hemet high still had trades like auto shop, etc. You were prepared more for life, not just college. Bring back internships and apprenticeships for this reason. Trade work is just as good as any degree. It has gone way downhill now. Parents almost don't have rights to be parents because the schools have way too much control. Brainwashing kindergartners to think gender is fluid. Which anyone who knows XX and XY knows that's not true. Stop teaching mental illness is normal, teach it what it is in high school that it is a mental illness people suffer from. My ratings are based on when I went there.

Sophomore: It has been a wonderful experience until now, I never thought I would enjoy learning so much, the people have treated me with respect and taken me seriously in everything I needed. I love the great diversity that this place offers and the will of the people is so strong that you cannot just ignore it, it is almost contagious. If I had to change something, I would try to encourage its growth, this place has the potential.
