Senior: I built strong relationships with my teacher and felt that they truly cared about my education. There are plenty of opportunities to take AP classes or bridge courses through a near by community college. There is also an abundance of clubs and organizations that I can participate in. However, this school is very small so it is easy to get caught up in small-town drama. Everyone knows everyone else which is inconvenient.

Parent: Although it’s a very small school, my children received a very good education and were prepared for college. The teachers are very caring and take great investment in their students education. For being a small rural school the students have many opportunities to travel and get cultural enrichment. The guidance counselor office improved immensely over past couple years and he has really helped students pursue different goals. Students physical and emotional well-being is taken very seriously at the school. Downside is lack of diversity in the student body simply due to demographics.
