Junior: Sackets Harbor is a wonderful school! Its in a very small closely knit community. Everyone feels like a family. I'm lucky to have good relationships with my teachers and administrators. The teachers are excellent and very supportive. Everyone in the school wants to see you succeed and they will help you reach you're goals. Also the school is very small we have great academic programs. We often compete with other schools and out preform them. Sackets has a pretty good sports program. Most students are student athletes. We have limited financial support for our art and music programs however the school puts on a musical every year. If I could change anything I would add more classes to the school curriculum. Last year the school offered a few new classes and this year even more are being offered. Sackets doesn't have a lot of teachers to teach electives, however we try our best. I feel blessed to have grown up in such a wonderful place.

Sophomore: I used to attend South Jeff and i transferred here after some unfortunate circumstances. BHCS has changed my life. My teachers actually care about how i’m doing and it is very easy to get help when you need it. My only complaints are that they lack in safety and are somewhat redneck and many students are racist/homophobic. There was also an incident with administration preventing students in participating in a peaceful 17 minutes protest.
