Parent: Great school. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My son blossomed over 3 years at Perry. Classes were rigorous. Plenty of clubs and sports for students. Excellent teachers and staff that cared about kids.

Sophomore: This school is so amazing! It is so different from public school. I love how this school provides uniform.. therefore the bullying rate has been knocked down to like 2%. Everyone is basically wearing the same clothes so no one is getting picked on. I love how diverse the school is with a lot of ethnicity & more. However there could be more sports for students to get involved in instead of just soccer , basketball & volleyball. Maybe add football or baseball. The school is small so everyone gets along pretty well & everyone knows everyone.

Works Here: This school just keeps getting better. I have worked there for 20 years and have seen so many positive changes. We offer a great program for music and arts including drama club, band, choir and orchestra. And they are excellent! Students have the opportunity to accelerate in math and science, and we offer honors English and social studies.
We have an ongoing 100% pass rate on the algebra and living environment regents that won't show on our school report card because they are high school courses. There are over 30 choices for after school activities in anything from sports to textiles to photography to robots. We have a strong curriculum in place for ELL and also for SWD. Our teachers are dedicated and outstanding.

Niche User: I loved my experience at OHM Boces. I was in the P-TECH program and was in it from my freshman till my junior year. It was a very different experience from regular public school the teachers and students were much closer together and were more understanding of one another. If you ever get the chance to join this program I highly recommend it! You get both high school and college credits and it really prepares you for college!
