Senior: I like how the teachers are willing to help you no matter what. However, Chapman is known for having favorites especially with sports. If you play on varsity you are basically untouchable when it comes to get in trouble.

Alum: Herington High School was one of the best things that had happened to me. In this school I experienced first hand exactly what community meant. After being there only the spring semester and the start of the fall semester, the community, staff, and student were all so close, that no matter what you needed, you knew that everyone had your back and was going to help you no matter what. One thing that helped me so much, was the experience through sports, because everyone had your backs no matter what. The staff there were absolutely amazing. They would help you with anything you needed, and were always great at it. It could be something with their class, or something like applying for loans, or colleges, and they were always happy to stay after hours just to make sure you were all squared away. Herington High School and faculty have shaped me into the person I am today.

Abilene High School

Senior: My experience with attending Abilene High School is going good. The teaching staff and administrators are very helpful and respectful. The culture that Abilene has created are memorable and fun. The students are kind and chill. The food is great, especially the salads. The athletic experience that i had with my school is good. The coaches prepare us to play safe and competitive games and races. The overall atmosphere in the school is good. Everyone is nice and treated fairly. I like how everyone is involved in our school spirit. I also like how i feel safe in my own school. I would like to see the school spend more money on athletic gear for all of the sports they offer. Our clubs and school sports are the heart and soul of our school. I would like to see more upgrades towards them. Over all in general the school is a great school to attend. So many helpful people in and out of school.

Abilene Baptist Academy
- Private School
- Abilene, KS
- 5 reviews
Senior: Abilene Baptist Academy is a small, private school where everyone knows everyone. You can be involved in almost everything they have to offer- at the same time, sometimes. The school is consistent for the most part.
We have fun in a clean, Christian environment and the school is academically supportive.
What I wish would happen in the school is that I wish it would grow and gain some more diversity. I want the school to be able to have more activities going on and more, younger teaches to come through- but in order to have that, there has to be more students.
