Senior: I've been attending Oasis Academy since I was five years old. In fact, I was one of its first kindergarteners to ever walk through its doors. At Oasis Academy, all K-10 learning is referred to as "project-based." As such, I was able to grow up extremely aware of my peers and how to discover and utilize each person's strengths and weaknesses. However, with a small student body comes a large amount of drama. Oftentimes, Oasis Academy students have used such weaknesses against each other. I feel that, because it's a college preparatory, many students' typical high school experience is cut short, adding to their negative feelings about themselves and others. Still, I'm incredibly blessed to receive a "Jump Start" to my college education, so I've learned to balance it out with the positives.... Read 34 reviews
