Marshall Elementary School
#26 Best Public Elementary Schools in Pennsylvania
- North Allegheny School District, PA
Niche User: I can remember being here as a kid and just being amazed at how well everything is set up. This is really a rating of the the MES considering I moved away in 4th grade but the teachers are nice and we had a lot of field trips so it’s a great school.

Richland Elementary School
#183 Best Public Elementary Schools in Pennsylvania
- Pine-Richland School District, PA
Parent: Richland Elementary used to be the high school so they have many resources and facilities that most elementary schools do not. The teachers and the administration are top notch. They truly care about the kids and are always going the extra mile. The school creates a nurturing and caring, loving environment. My daughter moved here in second grade and found her tribe the first week of school. This type environment is something that is a direct result of teachers modeling - kindness, caring, compassion, etc. She absolutely loved her teachers. They were also great at differentiating the work with different vocabulary words and different levels of math to challenge her. A child can only learn once their basic needs are met - safety and belonging. My daughter thrived at this school.
