Works Here: When I was looking for a new job as a Middle School Division Head at an independent school. I came across Royemore School in my search. As I studied the website, I learned about the culture of design thinking as part of the Personal Passion Project (P3), I watched several student-centered videos showcasing the focus on each individual student at Roycemore, and I read NICHE reviews that also addressed the remarkable student-centered approach, the rigorous, differentiated academics, and the core values that aligned so closely with my own core values.
I was fortunate enough to be hired as MS Division Head for the 20/21 school year and have found that Roycemore is everything it portrays itself as and MORE! Roycemore offers more connection between home & school, more agency and voice for students, more collaboration among faculty, and more love and caring for all members of our school community than I ever thought possible.
Roycemore is someplace special.
