Niche User: I love this school - there is no pretense - only true substance. The administration & teachers all are down-to-earth and live the teachings of Christ. The classes are small & each student is able to receive individual attention. The students know they are valued & loved. The curriculum is academically advanced and well-rounded holistically, so each student is able to develop their talents and learn new skills. The core curriculum includes STEM concepts - science, technology, engineering, mathematics along with Advanced Reading, Language Arts, and Bible. "Special Classes" which round out the core curriculum include P.E., Art, Music, Library, Computer and Spanish. Each class is held on a particular day every week. Rather than offer more obscure foreign languages as electives- CCA incorporates Spanish in the curriculum and students start this and all "special classes" in early elementary. To me, this is a much more logical curriculum plan. Spanish is 2nd most common language spoken in the U.S.; therefore, this language is one that students can utilize in their everyday lives - as well as in nearly every job market. The Computer Lab is state-of-the-art and is comprised of the latest generation of technology.
I've read some reviews which were very critical on some minor cosmetic issues which they found unacceptable. Matthew 23:25-27 Jesus says, "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you cleanse the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they are full of extortion and self-indulgence....For you are like white-washed tombs which indeed appear beautiful outwardly, but inside are full of dead men's bones and all uncleanness. Even so, you also outwardly appear righteous to men, but inside you are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness."
CCA is non-profit. Through consistent work towards relevant improvements, developing opportunities & building new centers to enrich all students' education, CCA unites students, families & the community in Christ.

Parent: I put my special needs son in Webb Street School after having him in a regular school. They are more equipped to work with these children on a one-on-one basis all day long. Even though my child was integrated into some classes in regular school, he did not seem to excel. He tended to go off into a corner by himself in those classes. The staff are all excellent in what they do in working with special needs children at Webb Street School. The only thing I wished could happen would be for them to have more money or funds that they could use to upgrade their school.
