Sackets Harbor Central School
- Sackets Harbor Central School District, NY
Sophomore: I recently moved to Sackets from nearby school district, and let me tell you, there's a huge difference. Coming from a larger high school with over 1,000 kids alone to a k-12 school with 400 students was a huge shock, but a very welcoming one. Everyone knows everyone, and typically gets along, which was new to me. The food isn't that great, and there are very limited options, but it isn't bad. The biggest difference though, if that the teachers actually seem to care about the students and their achievements, rather than just their paycheck. Overall, Sackets is an amazing school and I would definitely recommend it.

Belleville Henderson Central School

- PK, K-12
Sophomore: I used to attend South Jeff and i transferred here after some unfortunate circumstances. BHCS has changed my life. My teachers actually care about how i’m doing and it is very easy to get help when you need it. My only complaints are that they lack in safety and are somewhat redneck and many students are racist/homophobic. There was also an incident with administration preventing students in participating in a peaceful 17 minutes protest.

Parent: Norfolk Academy provided an extraordinary educational journey for my two children, fueling their curiosity and inspiring them to explore new avenues that they might not have discovered without the incredible teachers and coaches at this school. My oldest child, who came in sixth grade, now studies engineering at an Ivy League university; he particularly loved the robotics team, as well as soccer, swimming, and crew teams. My youngest child, who is a senior at NA, came in first grade, and she has developed a passion for medicine and health, largely through the school's Global Health Fellows program and the Medical Scholars program.
