Arco Iris Spanish Immersion School
#34 Best Public Elementary Schools in Oregon
- Beaverton School District, OR
Parent: We have had our daughter there for two years and are thrilled with progress academically and language wise. The teachers are amazingly caring and the new principal (Martha Diaz) couldn’t be better. The board and parent volunteers have worked tirelessly to get a new building for the school and their efforts have finally paid off! We are excited to move into a new facility, estimated for Fall 2018!

Senior: OES is a place where you will be a big fish in a small pond. Your teachers know and care for you, the students look out for each other, and by senior year, you'll feel a confidence in yourself and your abilities that you can really attribute to this education. I think there's a few aspects of this school which the students take advantage of, like the large efforts for cultural competency and the deliberate activities which we engage in to promote understanding. No place is perfect, however, but I have noticed that in times of strife the student body and the faculty will hold one another accountable. It's been a great high school experience overall.
