Senior: I absolutely love Laurel. Between the teacher-student relationships, the classes, and the overall environment, I feel that Laurel is the best school I could possibly be at! The teachers love it when students meet with them; when you roam the hallways you are sure to see students meeting with teachers about an upcoming test or just to ask them a question. I love how the teachers available and willing to help.
Laurel has the perfect class sizes. Each grade in the upper school consists of about 70 girls, and the classes will never have more than 18 kids. The small classes allow students to get close to their teacher, and the teacher to get close to their students.
Overall, Laurel is an amazing place with a welcoming community. Everyone is so kind and friendly. I remembered when I toured Laurel, the girls were so excited to have me there. This is one of the biggest reasons why I chose Laurel.

High School Senior: Being a student at Fairview High School and having being part of the Central Local Schools program out of Sherwood Ohio for 12 years has been amazig. Throughout the years you make so many friends and memories that will last a life time. Also I have found that the older you get the more valuable the relationship you make with your teaches and staff is. In your life you never know when you are going to need someone to talk to and the god thing about Fairview is they are all here for you. There is not one day that has went by were I do not revieve a "hello", "good morning" or a "have agreat night can't wait for class tomarrow." The positive attitude thoughout our school is so strong that it makes all the people going through this progam feel like they are an immportant attribute to our school.

Niche User: I've attended Maumee Valley throughout all of high school, and I've very much enjoyed my experience there. It's definitely an intense academic environment, and students work hard to rise to the expectations of teachers. MV gives its students a great deal more freedom than most other high schools, with long free periods and a beautiful campus that we are free to roam when not in class. In this way, MV has an almost college-like atmosphere; you can find students curled up studying, socializing, or napping in every corner throughout the day. It's a small school, and everyone knows each other very well, which can be both an advantage and disadvantage. You're able to foster close relationships with teachers and classmates...but everyone knows everyone else's business. Overall, I think that MV has helped me to grow a great deal, giving me a strong academic foundation and the confidence to pursue internship and job opportunities. I would definitely recommend this school if you're looking for a small, liberal environment full of intelligent and diverse students.
