Parent: Westminster has surpassed all expectations my husband and I had for our sons kindergarten education. The decision to educate our son at home or to send him to a formal school was no longer a question after we toured the school and saw the genuine love and respect the staff and students mutually shared with each other. The inclusion of instructional support teachers for every grade is also a huge supplement to the school that we were unaware of prior to the school tour. It gave my husband and I peace to know someone was working one on one with our child each day outside of the normal classroom to build up his strengths and find weaknesses at an early age. My son has grown leaps and bounds this year spiritually, academically and socially, he can find truths of scripture in every activity he performs, and in all the work he completes! Westminster truly gifts every child an extraordinary education, an investment that will last a lifetime!

Senior: I have been attending to Evangel throughout my high school career. I was adopted from China at the age of twelve. I came to America without any ability to speak English. I attended to a public school and homeschool to better my English understanding. Afterwards, I attended sixth grade at Evangel with my sisters. This school understood my situation and that I needed to be with my sisters, so they allowed me to be couple of grades behind. Not only they allowed me to do this, but they also gave me accommodations like extra time on test, etc. I love Evangel and the environment. All the teachers are followers of Christ and very understanding of what I’ve been through. Each and every one of them is very helpful and kind toward me. The school has also prepared me to step out in the world like speaking in public, expressing myself and prepared me well to face other worldviews and religions.

Parent: I have had 3 children attend Heritage Christian Academy. One graduated in 2019 and is in his sophomore year of college. The other 2 children are currently enrolled. My oldest son exempted 2 college courses based on his AP testing and one based on his dual enrollment course. He was completely prepared for college and currently maintains a 4.0 GPA. The school size, wonderful teachers, and Christian beliefs made it an incredible experience for him. He was allowed the opportunity to play 2 sports, perform in theatre, art and was provided with multiple leadership opportunities. Because of the fantastic coaching staff, my son has also been able to have the experience of playing college baseball. Most importantly, he has been prepared to defend his faith as well as to stay true to himself and his God based on the excellent support, mentorship and biblical education he received at HCA. We could not be happier with his experience or the current experience of my other 2 children.

The teachers are all very accepting and truly care for the well-being of their students. They provide safe and well built facilities and the surrounding area is great. The classes offer a great foundation for college and prepare you for life outside of school! I am so thankful to attend and would refer anyone to become a part of the school!

Senior: I have been going to Cornerstone Christian School since I have been in K4, and I am currently a Senior. What I like about my school is the family environment that surrounds you. Because it is such a small school, everyone knows everybody. You are never just a face in the crowd. Another plus about the size of the school is you have smaller class sizes and more one on one working with teachers to improve your education. Cornerstone is very welcoming and is all about giving students the opportunity of second chances.
My overall experience with Cornerstone as been nothing but great, and I will genuinely miss the staff and my classmates, but If I did have to change anything about Cornerstone, I would change the intensity of focusing on being more of a college preparatory school like we claim to be.

Junior: I am a Junior at Tabernacle Christian School, and I have been attending the school for 12 years. The school as a whole is a great environment for physical, mental, and spiritual growth. I am very grateful to have been influenced by the teachers, staff, and fellow students. I am a member of the basketball, softball, and archery team and I am a part of the yearbook staff, that being said I am very happy with the amount of choices Tabernacle give me concerned clubs and sports compared to other private Christian school. I would not trade my experience at tabernacle for anything and most likely I will send my kids there someday!

Alum: My experience at Central Park Christian School was very exciting and very educational. I started at Central Park in the 5th grade and enjoyed every minute of it all the way to my senior year May 2019. The teachers was great got me prepared for college and the administration was great as well. I was taught respect, manners, communication of others, and the about the christian world. I would not change anything about the school; I think the administration department and teachers are doing a wonderful job by getting the students ready for college and the real world.

Alum: This school is absolutely amazing. The school's motto is "Start here, go anywhere." I never have ever thought of the motto until I graduated. I started Advent in 4k and I graduated. Then I went to John Carroll. Advent has prepared me and has taught me to be responsible. I feel like I am ahead of most of my peers (even those from other local private schools.) The teachers care about your child. Advent has many clubs and activities to offer. For field trips, they usually go to places walking distance around the Birmingham area. When they go off campus a police officer always accompanies the kids and teachers. "Once a panther, always a panther"

Parent: Both of our kids started at The New School in ninth grade, after eight years of public school. It was one of the best parenting decisions we've ever made. Everything about this school is terrific. The teachers are passionate, inspired, and inspiring. Small, topics-driven, seminar-style classes foster creativity and independent thinking, while the welcoming atmosphere makes everyone feel at home. Our two kids turned out to be very different kinds of learners, but both thrived at The New School. Our youngest graduates next year, and we'll be sad to think of not having that day-to-day connection. Can't say enough about this wonderful school!

Alum: As a prior student at Oak Hill, I enjoyed so many extra curricular activities with different clubs, sports, a general store, fishing pond, and more on a private location to occupy the time. Students and teachers alike do school dances, holiday parties, and home games! The teachers are understanding and help you to make good grades. Uniforms are of variety, which was nice. The housing for teachers and students offer plenty of space in each bedroom with conjoining bathrooms, windows in each room. Nice for a boarding school. I still communicate with my lifelong friends I've made.
