Alum: I am an alum of the class of 2021. I attended Episcopal for 7 years. I switched from Episcopal from a highly rated public school. The facilities at Episcopal are unmatched by other high schools both academic and athletic. While the facilities are unbelievable, Episcopal is made special by the of the staff of the students. Everything I experienced at Episcopal was amazing with the exception of the administration. The administration does not think through a lot of decisions and is not respected by the students and a lot of parents because of the incompetence. Other than the current administration tearing down what previous administrations have built alongside a great community of students and alumni, the school is unmatched by any high school in the area and a lot of universities.... Alum: The Dunham School is a great place for young people to be accepted by their peers and thrive in the classroom. The harknesst table method is unmatched for helping kids learn communication skills and building self-esteem. Something I want to see change is how they handle religion. Senior: I first starting going to Parkview in 7th grade and I will be graduating this spring. Parkview has been a good experience for me, but it has also come with it's challenges. I can say that 90% of the faculty are there to ensure that students get a good education and adequately prepare us for the next year/future. I haven't had a problem with the majority of students, but there are bad apples in every barrel and you can't expect everyone to get along. Senior: I have been at Ascension Christian schools since I was in K4. Things I like about the school is that as do chapel every Friday and it is a good Christian environment. Another thing I like is other than public schools the teachers here can go their on past on their lesson and make sure every kid understands the lesson and they won’t let them fail or struggle on anything. Parent: CP has been the best decision for our family. Our son has been there since pre-k 3 and moving into 6th grade next year. We could not have asked for a better educational experience for him. His teachers have genuinely loved him, while also teaching valuable life skills to go along with his great faith-based education. The school offers so much more than an education that we as parents simply did not have growing up. We have been a part of the CP family since the great floods of 2016 and know the struggles all of us faced during those times. It is amazing to see God’s work bringing this school from a scattered campus occupying 3 different churches to a brand new school campus with state of the art technology. Niche User: If you want your child to be in an environment where they feel loved and respected, this is it! The school is small, but the advantage is that it's like family..the teachers and Admin know your entire family and situation. The teachers are superb! My daughter attended this school and now her children are. In fact, 3 of her former teachers are still teaching my grandchildren. Parent: We love, love, love St. Luke's! The hands-on leaning methods used are fantastic and really help my kids retain the information. They're getting prepared for the real world in terms of their self-responsibility, independence, organizational skills and so many other life-skills that I'm probably not even aware of at this point. My kids love going to school and I could not ask for a warmer environment where effective learning is taking place. We loved it from the first tour we took at the school. So many great walking field trips near the school, but when you are on campus, you feel enveloped in a safe and loving campus without the bustle of the city. I made lifelong friends and experienced an educational learning environment all while being supported by a Christian foundation. The Pep Rallies, the creative fundraising events for families and the sporting events only made my experience even more memorable! As a parent, I cannot say enough good things about the leadership, the staff, and the experiences we have had with Victory Christian Academy.
