Works Here: I love working at Golder! The administration cares about making sure staff is happy and is willing to be flexible to accommodate our needs. The culture is definitely one of high expectations and achievement, so teaching here is hard work. But staff and administration also are realistic about work-life balance and focusing on one or two high-leverage things at a time.
