Senior: Cor Jesu is overall a great place, and I do consider it my home away from home. I treasure the years I spent there and the people I was able to meet along the way. Diversity (racial/socioeconomic/LGBTQ) isn't great - there are marginalized groups at CJ, but we do group together to defend ourselves from ignorance. Safety is good overall (although Gravois Road is a death-trap). The teachers are great, but the administration leaves something to be desired. It sometimes felt more like a business than a school. Nevertheless, I do love everyone at Cor Jesu, and spent 4 incredible years there. Charger Nation!

Senior: I would like to see more diversity, as it is a predominately white college preparatory school. The food is subpar and there are really no vegetarian options. Administration is too strict when it comes to uniform during the cold winter season.
Teachers are very nice, considerate, and it's easy to build a nice bond with them. You meet a lot of lifelong friends, and amazing memories are made. There is also a lot of freedom considering free periods and Seniors' open campus privileges. Attending Nerinx can also teach you how to be more empowered and how to deal with real-world problems.

Senior: I have loved going to St. Joe. I have been able to be involved in so many various activities including sports, art, leadership and more. The teachers are amazing and they are constantly looking to improve academics, facilities, etc. One of the newest addition, the college counseling center has helped me tremedicouly with my college choice, prep, etc. Also, the community is very strong and I would not change my high school experience for anything. I have been able to grow, learn and change as a person in the best way possible because of the support I have received from St. Joe.

Beyond the classroom, the friends I met during my time at RK have become my most cherished and lifelong friendships. Junior: Incarnate Word Academy is an amazing school with opportunities you can’t get at very many other places. The modular schedule makes IWA unique, and makes students even more prepared for college because it teaches us how to manage our time. The teachers truly care about our success and well-being, the food is amazing, and IWA is known for excellence in athletics as well as academics. In addition to that, there is a family atmosphere in the school and a level of tradition that you just won’t find anywhere else. IWA has truly become my home away from home and I absolutely love it there!
