COVID-19 Update for Prospective Students and Families:
Seabury expects to return to a fully in-person school model for all grades – pre-k through 8th – for the 2021/2022 school year with updated COVID-19 protocols. Our COVID response web pages will be updated by the end of the summer with specifics. As always, our top priority is to support highly capable students and their families during this time and allow them to continue to grow and learn! Learn More
Our mission is to challenge gifted children in a community that cherishes each individual and fosters a love of learning, discovery, and creativity.
Seabury is the only gifted education program for pre-k through middle school in the entire South Sound region. Small class sizes allow our teachers, who have extensive training and experience in education for highly capable learners, to provide differentiated instruction to develop each child's individual talents and strengths. Seabury students enjoy learning something new every day!
Although the instruction at Seabury is individualized and each student is encouraged to grow their own strengths and talents, students thrive when they are able to learn together with other intellectually advanced peers. We have found that being able to socialize in an environment they can be their true selves allows students to grow into confident individuals and leaders in their communities.

Seabury School Reviews
The faculty and staff have also just gone above and beyond since the beginning of the pandemic to ensure the kids had the best learning experience possible despite all of the obstacles and challenges.
The teachers are passionate and engaging, and with the smaller class sizes they have the opportunity to engage and excite every student.
During COVID, the Middle School went above and beyond any other educational experience I heard of through friends. My son at Seabury middle school was doing far more studying and learning about more topics than my older son at a public high school.
Seabury creates an environment that encourages life-long learners, with skills to make them more successful in high school, college and beyond.
