Tuition
Our mission is to challenge gifted children in a community that cherishes each individual and fosters a love of learning, discovery, and creativity.
Seabury is the only gifted education program for pre-k through middle school in the entire South Sound region. Small class sizes allow our teachers, who have extensive training and experience in education for highly capable learners, to provide differentiated instruction to develop each child's individual talents and strengths. Seabury students enjoy learning something new every day!
Although the instruction at Seabury is individualized and each student is encouraged to grow their own strengths and talents, students thrive when they are able to learn together with other intellectually advanced peers. We have found that being able to socialize in an environment they can be their true selves allows students to grow into confident individuals and leaders in their communities.

View Event Description
Here's a chance for your bright (bored?) 5th to 7th grader to experience what school at Seabury might be like by participating in a morning filled with challenging, engaging activities led by Seabury teachers. Head of School Sandi Wollum will be on hand to talk to the adults.
Inquiry-Based Learning
At Seabury, asking open-ended questions and exploring to find the answers (or lack of answers) is how students learn, from pre-k to eighth grade. Students engage in authentic, hands-on project-based learning. The emphasis is on higher-level thinking, with ample opportunities for collaboration, creative expression and innovation.

Seabury School Reviews
There are many reasons why we are glad to have our child at Seabury, some of the most important ones for us are: Opportunity to socialize in a safe environment, where the school staff is able to teach kindness and compassion. Teachers recognizing gifts and areas of improvement for our child, and nourishing those in a way that gives the child a solid baseline and ability to grow in their gifts. School staff is very good at communicating issues and praises promptly. A wide variety of arts, crafts and other making activities on a regular basis.
