The teachers are very nice to their students and try to be involved. They try to make you the best possible student you can be. It is a very tight nit school. I'd like to see a change in the cleaning I think the school sometimes isn't cleaned enough such as dust collection in certain areas and the desks should be cleaned more often so it doesn't cause students to spread colds and things like that more often.
Our extracurricular activities are wonderful! We have a wide variety of sports and clubs, as well as several opportunities to explore music, activities varying from band to chorus to musicals. Our teachers are available after school every day to help students understand the subjects more if they're struggling.
I've grown up in the Schuylkill Haven School district. The staff here cares about the student's education. We are a small school with only about 1000 students in the high school, but we are a close knit community. I enjoyed my years here from k-12 and I believe i am well prepared for my future.
