Sacred Heart is a totally different school experience. The atmosphere and support by peers and faculty are rare yet overflowing at Sacred Heart. It being a smaller school gives students more opportunities to branch out and really learn more about yourself. Also, the smaller classes give ample time for teachers to have one on one with students and make sure we are all up to speed and prepared. Not only is Sacred Heart just a high school but a boarding school. Students are able to make over the border connections you cant made anywhere else. Founded almost 200 years ago we are always growing and embedding technology into class time while keeping our timeless traditions alive. I'm very happy to be going to this school and wouldn't choose to go anywhere else.

Amazing experience that focused on educating the whole person. Emphasized critical thinking and classical education... LOTS OF READING AND WRITING! Was extremely prepared for higher level college classes as a freshman.
While this school was once great, it has steadily been declining, especially since a boys' division was added. It is no longer a school primarily focused on the education of young women, as nearly all resources are dedicated to the boys school. I am sad to see so many of my friends and teachers leaving SSH for other schools, but I understand why - it is just not a good school anymore.
