School One Elementary School Reviews

School One is an amazing school. We've recently moved and were so sad to leave the wonderful community there. It's wonderfully diverse, and on any given day you can hear three or four (or more!) different languages spoken at pickup. The school had its first multicultural night to celebrate all the different cultures present at School One and it was a great success. The teachers we had were wonderful and always willing to communicate with parents. The principal Mr. Fiory is a visible daily presence and is always willing to chat with parents about any concerns. Plus, he's great with the kids and fully embraces theme days, which truly delights the kids. The PTA goes above and beyond to bring families together and to make sure that the kids have a wonderful K-4 experience. Safety is also a huge priority, and we loved seeing Officer Bob every day.

School One has a one of the most diverse populations compared to the other elementary schools in this district. I watched my children flourish into strong, independent and intelligent children with the help from the principal and teachers and all of the staff there. Everyone knew their names and they did wonderful activities there that scaffolded the children to a higher level. I was so sad to have to leave School One.
